A frustrating red arrow with my next two week targets Vardy, Robertson and Mane all returning a little earlier than my liking. Sir John Lundstram claimed FPL Legend status with a quite ridiculous 21-point haul, Alexander-Arnold got some deserved points at last with Tomori frustrating with Chelsea's messing around at the back costing them an easy clean sheet. My stellar midfield crashed with me feeling a little unlucky with Mount in particular who on another day would have got a couple of returns. I made the right decision to keep Haller over Wilson, Connolly's one week punt didn't bring the desired results whilst Abraham showed his class again which translated into a nice haul. The captaincy played a cruel game again which I just have to suck up, there was no way I would have captained anyone else this week. Soyuncu's bench points were a killer following a toss-up with Tomori whilst I was never starting Digne.
For the first time in a while I feel in control of my team and transfers with Haller coming out for Vardy this week with my free transfer. After much thought I will also be making a big move in taking out Sterling for Mane for a hit with Robertson potentially coming in next week. The reason for the Mane switch early is because he could run riot against a makeshift City defence, I won't captain Sterling for the foreseeable, I still have De Bruyne and D.Silva as City mids for after the international break and it keeps me on the front foot again rather than making transfers a week too late. My only other concern is Pope but nobody is really standing to claim his place so it probably isn't worth a transfer at the moment. I will make the moves after the European games are complete.
Captaincy next week is a tough one with only Abraham and Vardy sticking out for me. Looking at the stats,
