Welcome back to my game-weekly FPL diary where I am putting all of my thoughts out there for anyone to read. Hopefully, they help some of you with your FPL decisions.
THE STORY SO FAR
Below you can see my progress so far this season…
Last Gameweek pts: 64
Total points: 1,638
Above average (just!) but down to my lowest rank since Gameweek 22. Largely due to Sergio Aguero scoring four goals in one half of football!
“Stick to the plan” – I’m obviously disappointed to have fallen back out of the top 10k but I believe in my chip strategy and am hopeful of more green arrows than red throughout the rest of the season.
Let’s hope I can get back on the Green Arrow train in Gameweek 28.
With 1 Free Transfer available, I have decided to use it to replace Paul Pogba. He hasn’t been playing well in recent weeks and has even been dropped from the team on a few occasions. I do also need to keep a close eye on Pope, Martina and Wilson as they all face replacement/rotation with Heaton, Baines and Defoe all nearing a return.
I have enough funds available to bring in Sadio Mane, who not only has some strong fixtures coming up but also plays in Gameweek 31.

NOTE: Each week I will always try to wait until we are close to the deadline before committing to any transfers. (Often Friday night/Saturday morning) This allows me to absorb as much information as possible and not get caught out by any late injury news etc.
This week it’s a tough call between Harry Kane and Mo Salah. I’m currently planning to go with Salah. He’s been the most consistent player this season and has a home fixture against West Ham.
Thank you for reading my FPL diary post, please feel free to comment below with any feedback. I plan on improving the feature as I go along so any suggestions of further information you would like me to include in the future are very welcome. – Good luck in Gameweek 28 guys!
