Any recommended players for rotation?

Southampton & Watford rotate well?

Palace and Bournemouth, over the first ten:

CDF/whu/EVE/SOU/hud/NEW/CRY/WLV/SOU/ful

Both teams provide at least one £4.5M defender, with CRY also having a possible playing £4.0M (Wan-Bissaka) and an attacking £5.5M option (van Aanholt)
