<div>However, he only managed three shots, the same as full-backs Marcos Alonso and Davide Zappacosta, while providing a solitary key pass.</div>

<div>He also managed just 28 passes in total, just seven more than Pedro, who was substituted after 57 minutes, while he touched the ball just 36 times.</div>

<div>Those chances are hardly likely to be enhanced against a Roma side which have conceded just five times in Serie A and once in the Champions League, so it looks like the wrong time to back Batshuayi.</div>
