<p><em>Fantasy Premier League heavy-hitter <strong>Harry Kane (£11.1m)</strong> could return to action for Tottenham as soon as Gameweek 24, when Spurs face an away clash at Manchester City</em></p>

<h3><b><span lang="EN-US">In a Harry</span></b></h3>
<p>Kane injured both ankles in Spurs&#8217; 3-1 home defeat to Liverpool in Gameweek 20. The forward failed to re-emerge for the second half and after that game, Mourinho explained:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;It&#8217;s two ankles; not one, two. He was coping with one; he couldn’t cope with both.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>The outlook on Kane&#8217;s return to action is now much brighter, however. In <a href="https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/news/2021/january/jose-s-positive-news-on-harry-kane/">embargoed quotes</a> from Mourinho after the 1-0 loss at Brighton on Sunday, the Tottenham boss stated:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;The news is pretty good news. After Liverpool, no idea. Then the next day, we were thinking about three weeks, something like that.</p>
<p>&#8220;I don’t want to be super-optimistic but Harry is optimistic. He has the experience of some injuries in his ankles and in Harry’s mind, it’s a couple of weeks. So let’s see if he&#8217;s right.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>While that timescale would be good news for Spurs fans, it means Kane&#8217;s FPL owners can be relatively assured that the striker will miss home ties against Chelsea and West Brom.</p>
<p>And considering that Mourinho&#8217;s injury update comes from Kane himself, rather than medical staff, the prognosis is slightly hazy.</p>
<p>Spurs are also without left-back Sergio Reguilon for an extended period. On the defender, Mourinho <a href="https://twitter.com/ColmVHayes/status/1355221164126326788?s=20">said</a> last Thursday:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;[Out for] three weeks [to] one month. I don’t know. When? In training. The day after Wycombe [in the FA Cup].&#8221;</p></blockquote>
<p>After the Brighton loss in Gameweek 21, the Tottenham manager said of his team:</p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;I go home with positive feelings towards my boys because in the last 30 minutes they showed they wanted everything but defeat. We didn’t start well, the goal was kind of….the team was a bit sad and to concede at the beginning brought more sadness.</p>
<p>&#8220;The second half was different, the spirit was good, people trying really hard, there was some fatigue but I leave with a positive feeling.</p>
<p>&#8220;We are in a difficult moment – results, injuries, self-esteem, a team with confidence is better than a team with sadness.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
