Week 4 sees the first overhaul period for your Sky fantasy football team.  This means you can make unlimited transfers that will not count towards your 40 season long transfers.  A good reset will set you up for the season ahead, so it is vital to take time to select your new team.
Before resetting your team it is worth remembering a few important strategic points:
<ul>
<li>The 40 transfers for the season are valuable.</li>
<li>Want a player for each match day (to captain and achieve double points)</li>
</ul>
So the objective during the overhaul is to select a team that contain a player for each match day, for as many game weeks as possible.  This will minimise the need for transfers.
<h3>Identifying single match game days</h3>
Currently, we have matches for the next 11 game weeks and during this time there are 10 match days with just a single match.  The chart below shows the number of times each club plays in these 10 single match days:

<h3>Building the foundations</h3>
The first stage is to look at Brighton, who will be involved in four of the ten single match-days (away to Bournemouth, home to Newcastle, away to West Ham and home to Stoke).  They are also involved in two match-days which only have two games (home to Everton and home to Southampton).  This suggests a Brighton player would be an ideal first name on the team sheet following the overhaul.
West Ham will be involved in 3 of the ten single match days, which are all at home (to Huddersfield, Brighton and Stoke City).  Considering the start to the season, I wouldn’t select a defensive player from West Ham but would look for an attacking player to captain for those single match days.
So picking a player from Brighton and West Ham is laying the foundations for a solid team post overhaul.
Other teams to consider in construction
There are still four single match day games where we should aim to select a player.

By selecting a players for the Leicester WBA match and the Burnley Newcastle match, with one Arsenal and one Chelsea player means you’ll be able to select a captain for each of the 31 match days.  This means over the next 11 game weeks you will be able to choose a captain without needing to make a transfer.
The spreadsheet in the <a href="https://1drv.ms/x/s!AkYcP_eLvYMVjhRzbTc5dP7at063">football fixture link (here)</a> contains all the fixtures until end of November.  Use the drop-down menus in cells I6:I16 to select a club.  In the fixture list, in columns D:F this team will be highlighted in light green.  Also, cells K5:L35 will indicate if any matchdays have matches which contain no teams that you have selected.
