<h3>Take it to the blank</h3>
<p>After Southampton beat Wolves and Chelsea overcame Barnsley on Thursday, the previously-grainy Blank Gameweek 29 picture has come into focus.</p>
<p><strong>Confirmed fixtures to be played in Blank Gameweek 29</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Brighton vs Newcastle</li>
<li>Fulham vs Leeds</li>
<li>West Ham vs Arsenal</li>
</ul>

<p>The only outstanding issue for Blank Gameweek 29 is a fixture that currently requires rearranging; Aston Villa against Spurs. That game will most likely be put into Blank Gameweek 29, with both teams out of the FA Cup.</p>

<h3>Double trouble</h3>
<p>Along with those fixtures from Gameweek 29 which require rearrangement, the four games below also need adding into a hectic Premier League schedule:</p>

<li>Aston Villa vs Everton</li>
<li>Aston Villa vs Spurs [likely going into Blank Gameweek 29]</li>
<li>Fulham vs Spurs</li>
<li>Man City vs Southampton</li>
</ul>
<p>Unfortunately, FPL managers are unlikely to know where all of these fixtures will go before the <strong>Double Gameweek 24 deadline at 11am [GMT] on Saturday</strong>.</p>
<p>In the case of teams competing in European competition that now have a Blank Gameweek 29 due to cup commitments, their fixtures are most likely to drop into Gameweek 26.</p>
<p>Games for teams not in Europe could also slot into Gameweek 26 but there are other several other midweeks which could be used, as explained in <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/ben-crellins-fpl-transfer-planning-sheet/">Ben Crellin</a>&#8216;s excellent graphic &#8211; which is our best guide before the Premier League confirm the schedule of Double Gameweeks.</p>
