Paddy Power have recently launched their new daily fantasy game, with cash prizes on offer every single day of Premier League action!
Here at Fantasy Football Hub, we are going to be getting involved in the big money contests and sharing plenty of tips to help you play and win too.
We are entering the Blue Ribbon tournament for Gameweek 24 – the £10K Tuesday EPL Wonder Strike. There’s a £10,000 prize pool guaranteed to be won, with 1st place scooping a tidy £2,000 and a prize for the top 685 positions. We will also be entering the 50/50 Contest where you effectively double your money if you finish in the top half of players, the £1k EPL Free Play, £700 Tue EPL Equalizer (£1 entry) and the £750 EPL Toe Poke (£0.25 entry).

£10K Tue EPL Wonder Strike (£2K to 1st)
The tournament we’ll be covering here is for the six games from the evening kick-offs on Tuesday, with prize money given out to the top entrants. Finishing in the lowest prize spots will guarantee you at least double the very reasonable £4 entry fee.
Clean Sheet Odds
Daily Fantasy Scoring – how do I utilise stats to help make my decision?
Using Fantasy Football Hub’s OPTA stats you can create customised tables to help you to identify the best assets for each position. I have transferred the information to Excel, as I want to filter out all of the players that don’t feature in the specific fixtures for this game and I’m looking at the last four Gameweeks.
It’s quite simple here, the bulk of your points come from Clean Sheets (CS) and saves:
Apart from goals and assists, the big points come from defenders that create a lot of chances and those that get a lot of shots on target:

Daily Fantasy – My Lineup
Ryan (£12) does well on the saves and although the CS odds are only 27%, Bournemouth haven’t scored a single goal in their last four so I fancy his chances for a CS.
With no points awarded for a CS I’ve gone for the attackers that have high number of Shots on Target (SoT) and Chance Creation (CC) registered.
Bertrand (£11) is my enabler, but he’s a decent attacking full back with five Chances Created and eight interceptions in the last four.
Digne (£15) is my prestige pick, he’s a Chance Creation machine on Set Pieces and Newcastle concede a lot of chances, which offers great potential for attacking returns.
There’s a lot of value in the mid priced options:
Willian (£16) has created the most chances out of the players available and although Arsenal are better than they were defensively their CS odds are 14%, which suggests they will be breached and Arsenal have conceded nine attempts from set pieces in the last four.
Deeney (£16) has had a high number of Chances Created and Shots on Target, which suggests he will rack up the points even if he doesn’t convert. He’s also on penalties (hopefully he won’t miss this time) and faces a leaky Aston Villa.
Calvert-Lewin (£16) has one of the most shots on target, Newcastle only have a 14% chance of a CS and concede a lot of shots, which make him likely to return.
Trossard (£14) is a bit of a punt, but Bournemouth are absolutely dire at the moment and he’s created nine chances in the last four games with a goal and assist indicating he’s on decent form.
I will update you on my progress after the weekend to identify what went well and what we can learn from for next time.
I will be re-entering my Wonder Strike lineup into the £1k EPL Free Play, £700 Tue EPL Equalizer (£1 entry) and the £750 EPL Toe Poke (£0.25 entry). This requires zero effort, as I can just select to use my existing team.
New Customer offer, min £5 deposit. Your qualifying entry will be your first settled paid entry. No refund will be applied if you finish in the prize positions. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the contest has settled. Max £20 refund. T&Cs apply.
