Nicolas Pepe (vs West Ham)
With Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang weighing in at a huge £23 of the £100 salary budget, we were forced to go with a cheaper alternative, Nicolas Pepe. He uses £20 of the salary budget and holds huge potential in this game. He’s delivered in consecutive home games for Arsenal, with one goal and three assists.
It’s his creativity right now which carries the most appeal: he’s created eight chances of which three have been big chances. Each of these chances created is worth three points. He also has seven shots in his last four starts, with four of those finding the target. Each shot on goal is worth five points.
Arsenal are in great form right now, scoring nine goals in their last four: only Everton and Watford can match that output over this period. West Ham arrive at the Emirates without a clean sheet in their last eight games, conceding nine goals in their last four games, the most of any team in the Premier League.
Goals Galore: Wolves (vs Brighton)
Wolves have really impressed in recent weeks and that trend looks set to continue, as they face a struggling Brighton side at home. Having been afforded a rare midweek off, due to FA Cup 5th Round action, they’ll be coming into this one with fresh legs.
Raul Jimenez and Diogo Jota are difficult to separate right now. The Portuguese striker has begun to show his trademark explosive end of season form, and is arguably the pick of the pair right now, having scored three goals and assisted a further two in his last two Premier League games.
Jimenez remains his consistent self, having scored in his last two consecutive games, taking him up to 13 goals for the season. That equals his tally from last season. Leander Dendoncker makes up the numbers, kindly priced with just a £9 salary. He’s made 10 tackles in his last four games, with each defensive action worth 1.3 points.
Clean Sheet Stack: Sheffield United (vs Norwich)
Norwich have scored just one goal in their last four games, and so Sheffield United will have high hopes of adding to their tally of nine clean sheets for the season. Only Burnley and Liverpool have kept more clean sheets than them this season.
Dean Henderson could be looking at another seven point win bonus, to go alongside the ten points for a clean sheet in Paddy Power’s Scoring System. Each save is also worth three points to his total and Henderson has made nine in his last four games.
George Baldock and John Egan are the cheapest routes into the Sheffield United defence at the moment. Baldock has created four chances in his last four games, demonstrating his assist potential; he has four for the season already. John Egan carries the greater goal thread, with is shots in his last four games: he delivered an assist against Bournemouth.
Here’s how the Daily Fantasy Tipster lines up for Gameweek 29 in the £10,000 Saturday EPL Wonder Strike. It’s a formation of seven players, with four attackers and three defensive, including the goalkeeper.
