December Fixture Focus
At long last, the Premier League decided to release the December TV fixtures. Finally we can plan for more than two Gameweeks, which is really beneficial to those of us that like to have a longer term plan. With games aplenty over an already busy festive period we can start to map out future transfers and captaincies. I’ll list a host of 3-1s and 4-2’s to help you make the most out of your moves.
I really like to know what I’m doing as Christmas is busy enough with family commitments, although maybe less than in normal years with current restrictions. But still you don’t want to be eating your Christmas Day turkey worrying about what your fantasy plans are going to be for Boxing Day. Let’s put the plans in place now.
There are lots of 3-1 opportunities; for those not quite sure what that means it is one team will play three games in the time another team just plays once. So you’d rather have Mohamed Salah who plays three games in the time Harry Kane has one for example.
Not all these 3-1s might appeal to you and some you may not have the exiting player or formation to do it. They’re just examples and give you something to think about. You can look at Ian Parrin’s Transfer Planner and map out your own moves and discover your own 3-1s. There are more than just the ones I’ve listed.
