<h2>GW24 review</h2>
My differential Gameweek proved a pretty bleak picture &#8211; but would have been even worse had it not been for captain Marcus Rashford bagging a goal and a MOTM.
The United striker couldn&#8217;t completely save the day in a squad let down by some old defensive faithfuls but his 22 points made up the vast majority of returns in a week which felt tricky to pick convincing differentials.

<h2>Turning heads &#8211; but don&#8217;t turn your back on more consistent performers</h2>
Diogo Jota was in a lot of teams in Gameweek one, despite being an unknown quantity with no Premier League experience.
If he was popular at the start, he certainly wasn&#8217;t come the first overhaul. His uninterrupted blanks made even the lowly scores of similarly backed Ryan Sessegnon look like the new Ronaldo.
Now, with some improved performances and a hat-trick to boot, don&#8217;t be surprised to see the Wolves man being backed by the crowd, hoping for another monster haul.
But while Jota is undoubtedly a more enticing prospect as the second overhaul period approaches, his cheaper, more consistent counterpart seems to me the smarter pick for the time being.
That is of course Raul Jimenez (7.9m/9.7%), who has amassed 111 points this season at a bargain basement price for a starting striker.
For that, you get someone who matches Roberto Firmino for shots on target this season (24), is one behind Arsenal&#8217;s Aubameyang. For the record, Firmino and Aubameyang have played the same number of games &#8211; 23 &#8211;  as the Mexican.
Jimenez has registered six goals and seven assists and is steady, rather than explosive.
As Wolves prepare for the visit of West Ham on Tuesday, it&#8217;s Jimenez I feel slightly more confident in picking for now &#8211; but Jota is definitely one to watch in the next few weeks.

<h2>Liverpool cover a must?</h2>
With Leicester City shipping six goals in the last two games &#8211; four to Wolves and two to Southampton &#8211; it feels like Liverpool cover is a must this week.
The majority will captain Mo Salah on Wednesday but in the absence of many other strong options a double up on Liverpool attackers would not be the worst idea.
I&#8217;ve backed Roberto Firmino (£12.2m/9.3%) a few times this season, with varied success. He is simply one of the few players in that team which meet the differential criteria.
But with five goals in his last four Bobby looks a decent bet this week and given my differential team can&#8217;t take the easy option, I&#8217;m hoping he gives Mo a run for his money.

<h2>Arsenal asset</h2>
Earlier in the season Pierre-Emeric Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette (£11.4m/4.9%) were tracking at around ten per cent ownership. Both players had their turn as the most-popular pick.
But while the former has remained around the same ownership level, the latter&#8217;s ownership has dropped by about half its peak, probably down to Aubameyang&#8217;s overall goal tally and greater security of starts.
Apart from a spell on the bench in Gameweek 21 against Liverpool however, the Frenchman has started in every game since Gameweek 19.
In that time, he&#8217;s managed two goals, two assists and a shots bonus, while against Southampton in Gameweek 19 he still assisted after coming off the bench.
Arsenal host Cardiff on Saturday, a team going through horrendous circumstances in the wake of the tragic news surrounding their new signing Emiliano Sala.
