Another low scoring week with 908 points awarded in total.  A surprise top scorer was Huddersfield with 85 points following their 2-0 win over Brighton.  Stoke were the lowest scorers with 17 points following their 5-1 thrashing at Spurs.

Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea failed to win but all did well in picking up bonus points and just one behind a rampant Spurs team. Man City had a rare day in having no tier 2 passing bonuses and only four awards in total, which indicates that Man Utd didn’t let them have everything their own way.

Another low priced player to appear in my charts is Doucoure from Watford.

The Frenchman is the 10th highest scoring midfielder, 3rd as pts/£m and 4th in Pts/g/£m with 83 points. He has played in all 16 games scoring five goals and picked up six passing and two tackling bonuses.  The one downside, is he also has four yellow cards so one more for a suspension.
His underlying <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/opta/" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c="1" title="FPL Stats by OPTA - Player and Team Stats">stats</a> shows he has scored 20.8% of team goals, though only had 13.7% of the teams’ shots on target.  He has had zero assists, yet has 12.3% of the teams’ key passes. This suggests he is a couple of goals above expectation and below for the assists.
He currently averages a very impressive 0.74 points per game. This would still be high even if you reduced his points total to account for being above expectation on goals scored. I will not be bringing him in now due to transfer issues, but he is certainly in contention come the over-haul.
My teams
Having Kane as captain was a good start to the week for my first team, this rose to 68th on Saturday night.  However, not many players played on Sunday so they slipped to 97th.
My second team also had Kane as captain and rose to 16th on Saturday. Bringing in Sigurdsson for the suspended Pogba only brought in a single point. With the spare cash, I’m probably going to make a switch on Wednesday before the matches, but not sure which player yet.
