<p>GW6 proved a frustrating week, as captain failures by Kane and Knockaert and an ill-advised move for Davies see my time inside the elite top 100 short lived. Its old favourites <strong>Aguero</strong> and <strong>Sanchez,</strong> though, that occupy my thoughts ahead of GW7.</p>

<h3>Last Gameweek</h3>
<p>Between the sticks, <strong>Fabianski</strong> turned into the surprising saviour of the weekend. He somehow kept out captain <strong>Kane </strong>as Spurs&#8217;s Wembley woes continued.</p>
<p>I drafted in <strong>Davies</strong> for Knockhaert as the Welsh full back looked primed to bank at least a clean sheet. Despite no word from Pochetino (its as if fantasy football is not top of his priority list), Davies had picked up a knock midweek and may even sit out this weekend&#8217;s action. A real blow and a potential wasted transfer. The good news is that <strong>Hegazi </strong>seems to have held onto his starting birth for now.</p>
<p>I ended up making a double swoop for Spurs as <strong>Eriksen </strong>came in for the injured Pogba. Already racking up tier 2 passing bonus, he seems to be a solid option moving forward. I almost plumped for <strong>De Bruyne</strong>, but Eriksen&#8217;s cheaper price swayed me in the end.</p>
<h3>Aguero</h3>
<p>City firepower looks almost essential as Pep&#8217;s men tear up opposition at will. This week saw the resurgence of old fantasy football favourite Aguero who racked up an astonishing <strong>27 point haul</strong> last time out. The Argentine maestro makes a bold claim for inclusion in our already top heavy squads.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m probably holding off this week in the vain hope that Jesus can match his output. Nevertheless, he&#8217;s top of my watchlist and I&#8217;m trying to figure out the best path to acquire his considerable services.</p>

<h3>Sanchez and Arsenal</h3>
<p>Another big-hitting South American that demands our attention. Sanchez offers a great captaincy option on Monday night as the gunners play host to West Brom&#8217;s travelling double decker bus. There is no doubting the Chillian&#8217;s pedigree, but he&#8217;s yet to spark this season and may not even start on Monday night.</p>
<p>The good news is that if he does anything, he&#8217;s a shoe-in for MOTM. That, coupled with decent fixtures to follow, makes him a prime transfer candidate.</p>
<p>If he doesn&#8217;t start, I may turn my attention to <strong>Ramsey</strong>. I have a slight soft spot for the Welsh midfielder as he forms part of a rare breed of players in Sky that have the potential to rack up all types of bonus plus goals and assists to boot. That said, his prospects are slightly dampened by Wenger&#8217;s tendency to put him out on the wing (restricting his bonus potential) and his likelihood of picking up a niggling injury or being rested.</p>

<h3>My captaincy route</h3>
<p>Its a toss up between <strong>Kane</strong> and <strong>Jesus</strong> on Saturday. I&#8217;ll hope Brighton can keep Newcastle at bay on Sunday with <strong>Suttner </strong>shouldering armband duties. Sunday slightly depends on Arsenal&#8217;s starting line up and the events of the weekend. If Davies looks crocked, the smart move is to shift him to <strong>Ramsey</strong> or even <strong>Xhaka</strong> on Monday. If all goes to plan, though, I&#8217;ll be gambling on the resurgence of <strong>Sanchez </strong>who will take the place of Jesus in my forward trio.</p>
