&nbsp;
AFC Bournemouth 
Eddie Howe will give Joshua King (hamstring) every chance to prove his fitness: &#8220;We&#8217;ll see how he is [and] whether he&#8217;ll make the game.&#8221; Steve Cook is likely to replace Nathan Ake who limped off with a muscle injury on Sunday, although the prognosis is not as bad as initially feared. &#8220;It&#8217;s a minor groin injury,&#8221; Howe confirmed. &#8220;I don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s anything too serious for Nathan. I don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s a definite no, but it&#8217;s not a definite yes either [on whether he will play again this season]. We&#8217;ll have to see how he responds in the next few days.&#8221; Chris Mepham, Simon Francis and Charlie Daniels are out while Adam Smith won&#8217;t make the game either. &#8220;We have obvious concerns there defensively; we&#8217;re very stretched in that department of the team.&#8221;

Arsenal
Mikel Arteta will assess his players in the build-up to the Liverpool clash but this weekends&#8217; FA Cup semi-final could have a bearing on his selection. &#8220;Obviously, a lot of them have played some crazy minutes up until now and again we&#8217;re going to have games every two and a half days. We will try to put the strongest team out as possible here and as well on Saturday, and to do that we need to know how everyone recovers.&#8221; No movement in the treatment room &#8211; Calum Chambers, Bernd Leno and Martinelli (all knee) remain sidelined while Eddie Nketiah serves the second game of his three-match ban. Pablo Mari (ankle) is aiming to return in September with the future of Matteo Guendouzi seemingly lying away from The Emirates as he continues to train separately. Mesut Ozil remains doubtful due to &#8220;back soreness&#8221;&#8230; But when I say doubt, I mean out, and when I say back soreness, I mean the German is not injured, and his recent absence is due to things going on behind the scenes. &#8220;He is still in the same positions he was last week or two weeks ago, and we said we will manage everything internally. I have nothing to say.&#8221;

Aston Villa 
Villa will be buoyed by Sundays&#8217; win which keeps their faint hopes of remaining in the top-flight alive for a little longer. Neil Taylor (hamstring) seems sure to miss out; fortunately, Dean Smith can call upon the returning Matt Targett to step in. Kortney Hause, who pulled up during Sundays&#8217; warm-up due to a groin issue will be assessed, but El Mohamady will provide cover again if necessary. Frédéric Guilbert is another option. Trézéguet scored twice in the win over Palace and Smith feels the Egyptian is finally beginning to fulfil his potential. &#8220;It&#8217;s funny, we&#8217;re getting to a stage now, and I said this would happen, where players like Trezeguet and Douglas Luiz, players who were new at the start of this season, look accustomed to Premier League football now.&#8221;

Brighton and Hove Albion 
Graham Potter reports no fresh injuries ahead of the trip to south coast neighbours Southampton.  Steven Alzate will have &#8220;some surgery&#8221; to remedy an ongoing groin problem – his initial procedure was cancelled back in March due to COVID-19. Jose Izquierdo is still missing due to a long-term knee injury.
&nbsp;
Burnley 
Sean Dyche confirms Jack Cork has successfully undergone ankle surgery and the Clarets midfielder is now recovering. A thigh injury rules Ben Mee out and while Matt Lowton (foot) and Ashley Barnes (hernia) are &#8220;making progress&#8221; neither player is expected to feature again this season. Johann Berg Gudmundsson and Chris Wood came through their minutes at Anfield unscathed, following recent calf and Achilles injuries, although Dyche admits the former will be managed through until the end of the campaign following a series of niggling setbacks. &#8220;We are trying to be a bit careful with him, much to his enjoyment as you can imagine, but we are trying to safeguard him.&#8221;

Chelsea 
Frank Lampard was far from happy with his sides&#8217; performance at Bramall Lane, and the Blues boss will consider the &#8220;freshness&#8221; and balance of his team when looking at players to bring in. N&#8217;Golo Kante (hamstring) will miss the meeting with Norwich although the Frenchman does have a &#8220;chance&#8221; for the FA Cup semi-final against Manchester United on Sunday. Andreas Christensen came off at half-time with an ankle injury at the weekend, but the defender is fit. Having lost his place in recent games, Antonio Rudiger could be in line for a recall with Fikayo Tomori working his way back to full fitness. Olivier Giroud is also poised to start after making way for Tammy Abraham while Billy Gilmour will not return until later this year.

Crystal Palace
The Eagles are treading water, and following an excellent first half to the campaign, which saw them push for a European qualification place, their good work is beginning to unravel during the run-in. Roy Hodgson has already hinted that he may look to blood some youngsters with Sam Woods, Tyrick Mitchell and Brandon Pierrick all on the fringes of the squad. Gary Cahill, Jeffrey Schlupp and James Tomkins will play no further part this season while Christian Benteke begins a three-match ban following his dismissal &#8211; after full-time &#8211; at Villa Park.

Everton 
Yerry Mina looks to have suffered a recurrence of the thigh injury which kept him out for almost a month recently. Thankfully, Mason Holgate is expected to shake off a shin injury, and Carlo Ancelotti will hand the 23-year-old a recall. The Toffees were poor at Molineux, a three-nil loss which ends any realistic hopes of a European place &#8211; expect changes with Andre Gomes, Alex Iwobi and Seamus Coleman pushing to be back in the starting XI.

Leicester City 
The Foxes&#8217; second-half capitulation at Bournemouth prompted Brendan Rodgers to apologise to supporters&#8217; post-match, so expect a response from Leicester who are still in control of their own Champions League destiny. Caglar Soyuncu was dismissed by referee Stuart Attwell on Sunday earning him a three-match ban and Wes Morgan could play out the remaining fixtures having started just once in the league this season. Jamie Vardy scored for the third successive game to extend his lead for the Golden Boot to three. James Maddison and Ben Chilwell, groin and foot respectively, are being assessed daily on a game-by-game basis, and Rodgers admits both are considered doubts for Thursday. Marc Albrighton (hip) faces a late fitness test.

Liverpool 
James Milner (niggling hamstring) will not make the Arsenal game, but Jurgen Klopp is confident he can return for the Chelsea fixture next week. No fresh injuries and the Reds should have the same squad which faced Burnley on Saturday. Neco Williams will be hoping to start his third game in a row while Curtis Jones impressed on his full Premier League debut. &#8220;He has all the confidence and all the ability in the world, and he showed that in times today. Hopefully, he has a big career at Liverpool.&#8221;
 
Manchester City 
We&#8217;ve seen City rotate heavily since the restart, and with Arsenal in the FA Cup three days after Bournemouth, expect Guardiola to continue tinkering with his side. Benjamin Mendy was seen in Paris earlier this week, and that may suggest that he will be rested here with Zinchenko starting. Phil Foden, David Silva and Fernandinho are among those who could come in. Sergio Aguero is the only player currently listed as injured with the Argentine ruled out until after the Champions League encounter versus Real Madrid.

Manchester United 
Solskjaer named an unchanged side for the fifth Premier League game in a row on Monday, but United, who have been in great form of late, let slip two-points deep into time added-on as Southampton exposed their fragile defence. A set-piece, which wasn&#8217;t dealt with, was eventually slotted home by Michael Obafemi to leave the Reds just outside the automatic qualification places for the Champions League. An ankle sprain threatens to keep Luke Shaw out of the trip to Selhurst Park – the left-back was heading for a scan at the time of writing – while his replacement, Brandon Williams, needed stitches in a deep laceration above his eye. Hopefully, Mason Greenwood will be okay following a hefty challenge from Oriol Romeu which left the youngster requiring treatment. Axel Tuanzebe and Phil Jones are the only confirmed absentees at present, but with an FA Cup semi-final tie against Chelsea coming up, there will be changes.

Newcastle United 
Jamaal Lascelles will meet with a specialist for a second opinion on Tuesday, and Steve Bruce feels Wednesday will come too soon for the skipper who has been managing an ankle issue for a few weeks now. Fabian Schar is likely to come in alongside Federico Fernandez if he fails a late test. It looks to be season over for Isaac Hayden and Sean Longstaff (both hamstring). &#8220;We have a few knocks, but we&#8217;ll see how they are today,&#8221; Bruce said on Tuesday, which includes the likes of Allan Saint-Maximin and Miguel Almiron. Javier Manquillo could switch flanks as Danny Rose is ineligible and that would open the door for either DeAndre Yedlin or Emil Krafth to start at right-back. Andy Carroll (groin) is a major doubt.

Norwich City 
The Canaries have been relegated, and with players only playing for pride, we could see a different Norwich. It might mean a few new faces as Daniel Farke begins to plot his return to the Premier League. &#8220;The pressure is off us though; we can&#8217;t lose anything so we can just give ourselves the best finish possible.&#8221; There are no new injury concerns from the weekend – Grant Hanley, Christoph Zimmermann, Moritz Leitner and Sam Byram are out – while Ondrej Duda has returned to parent club Hertha Berlin.

Sheffield United
After the win over Chelsea, Chris Wilder said the fixture schedule is intense but &#8220;my players love being in the Premier League&#8221; which is reflected by recent performances. &#8220;We&#8217;ve got some good players who want to defend with an identity and put their bodies on the line. But we&#8217;ve had something going forward too. You don&#8217;t get to this position by just sitting on the crossbar.&#8221; Nothing major from last weekend, just a &#8220;couple of bangs and bruises&#8221; but the players have had a couple of days off to recover. David McGoldrick grabbed his first-ever top-flight goals on Saturday, and the striker will be hoping to finish the season on a high. John Fleck (groin) has responded well to treatment, and the Blades midfielder could recover in time for Thursdays&#8217; trip to the King Power. The status of Chris Basham, who was caught full in the face by the ball, is currently unknown. The defender had been initially cleared of concussion before being replaced, however, if further tests flag concerns, protocol will mean he misses out with Jack Robinson or Phil Jagielka options to come in.
 
Southampton 
Ralph Hasenhüttl kept faith in the same line-up for the third successive game and left Old Trafford with a point on Monday. Unbeaten in four, their charge up the table may come too late for a top-half finish, but the Saints will have momentum going into the new season. No word on the likelihood of Sofiane Boufal, Yan Valery or Moussa Djenepo returning but there are plenty of options on the Southampton bench if Hasenhüttl wants to freshen things. With Pierre-Emile Højbjerg due to depart in the summer, it looks as though the former skippers time has come to an end on the south coast.

Tottenham Hotspur 
On Monday the club announced that it was &#8220;deeply saddened&#8221; to learn that the brother of Serge Aurier had been tragically killed outside of a nightclub in France. Jose Mourinho said a decision on whether he will feature would be left to the player &#8211; no pressure from us &#8211; and that he should have a better idea of how he is feeling after training on Tuesday. &#8220;Everybody reacts in a different way. Similar feelings and pain but people react [differently].&#8221; Japhet Tanganga returned to the squad on Sunday and could deputise if needed. No injuries from the win over Arsenal but in training, Tanguy Ndombele was injured, and it looks as though the midfielder will miss out&#8230; &#8220;but we have another training session.&#8221; Dele Alli could rejoin the group ahead of the game, but even if he does. &#8220;I don&#8217;t believe he will be available.&#8221;
&nbsp;
Watford 
Saturdays&#8217; win over Newcastle went a long way to preserving the Hornets Premier League status. Two-goal penalty hero Troy Deeney was replaced late on due to &#8220;problems with my knee&#8221;, but Nigel Pearson confirms the captain has been managing the issue all season and doesn&#8217;t believe it will hinder his performance in this must-not-lose game.  No change in the treatment room – Gerard Deulofeu, Daryl Janmaat and Isaac Success are hoping to be back during the early part of 2020/21.

West Ham United 
Michail Antonio was &#8220;buzzing&#8221; after his first-ever hat-trick at Carrow Road – the open game suited West Ham, and the win condemned Norwich to the second-tier. Expect a much tighter affair on Friday night and one where a draw could favour both sides depending on the Bournemouth and Villa results. David Moyes will surely name an unchanged side after six days rest, although Robert Snodgrass and Felipe Anderson could return to the matchday squad.

Wolverhampton Wanderers 
Pedro Neto will be looked at closer to kick-off after being forced off with a &#8220;strong cramp&#8221; during the win over Everton. Nuno Espírito Santo explained that the winger is &#8220;one of the issues we have to assess&#8221; although he didn&#8217;t go into any further detail. Neto is currently working with the fitness coach and is different from the dead leg he picked up earlier this month. Adama Traore is expected to be a game-day decision until his shoulder problem can be rectified, but a place on the bench seems likely.
