What makes Liverpool FPL players so appealing is not just their undeniable ability, but the fact that so many of their key assets are seemingly immune to rotation when compared to other <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/who-are-the-best-fpl-premium-defenders/">premium FPL assets</a>.
Whilst not wanting to overwork his first team, Klopp also seems cognisant of the fact that playing the same team regularly can actually be beneficial for everyone involved.
Andrew Robertson (£7.0m), Trent Alexander-Arnold (£7.5m) and Mohamed Salah (£12.5m) all played more than 3,000 minutes last season. By comparison, no outfield players at <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/premier-league-fantasy-football-manchester-city-best-player-picks/">Manchester City</a> or <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/premier-league-fantasy-football-chelsea-best-player-tips/">Chelsea</a> managed that feat.
With the shackles of defending a Premier League title now shaken off, Liverpool can focus on rebuilding after a difficult and injury-stricken season saw them finish third.
With Virgil van Dijk (£6.5m) and Joe Gomez (£5.0m) soon to return to full training, Klopp&#8217;s men could well be back to the strength that saw them stroll to the 19/20 Premier League title.
But how will they fare without Gini Wijnaldum? And can their talismanic attacking trio continue to gel?

<h2>The Best Liverpool FPL Players | Diogo Jota (£7.5m)</h2>
Of FPL midfielders that played more than 1,000 minutes last season, only Phil Foden (£8.0m), Bruno Fernandes (£12.0m) and Ilkay Gundogan (£7.5m) scored more points-per-90 than Diogo Jota.
It&#8217;s no exaggeration to say that Jota has totally disrupted the solidity of Liverpool&#8217;s traditional front three. For phases of the 20/21 campaign it was Salah and Jota who were first on the team sheet. Mané and Firmino were forced to work around them.
It&#8217;s for good reason, too. In his debut season at Anfield, Jota&#8217;s limited minutes (1,114) were used incredibly effectively. According to our <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/opta/">OPTA tool</a>, the Portuguese was top for shots per 90, shots in the box per 90, shots on target per 90, expected goals (xG) per 90 and actual goals per 90 amongst all FPL midfielders.
In other words, he has a huge amount of FPL potential. If he can continue to establish himself as a first-team regular, the former-Wolves man has the opportunity to rack up Salah-level points tallies.
Liverpool have <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/the-best-norwich-fpl-players/">Norwich</a>, <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/the-best-burnley-fpl-players/">Burnley</a>, <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/the-best-leeds-united-fpl-players/">Leeds</a>, <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/the-best-crystal-palace-fpl-players/">Crystal Palace</a> and <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/the-best-brentford-fpl-players/">Brentford</a> as five of their first six fixtures. It gives the likes of Jota a huge opportunity to get off to a flying start.

<h2>The Best Liverpool FPL Players | Trent Alexander-Arnold (DEF &#8211; £7.5m)</h2>
Like a lot of you, I was torn between Trent Alexander-Arnold and his Liverpool colleague, Andrew Robertson (£7.0m). Both could&#8217;ve featured in this article but, for the sake of picking a side, I&#8217;m only choosing one.

As we can see from Alexander-Arnold&#8217;s red line, he either equals or beats Robertson in basically every meaningful metric.
The only metric not in the Englishman&#8217;s favour, it seems, is his price. At £0.5m more, many FPL managers are siding with the energetic Scotsman to save some much-needed funds.
I might&#8217;ve done the same, if not for one simple fact: Trent Alexander-Arnold has shown that he can be much better than he was last campaign.
He managed two goals and eight assists to total 160 points in the 20/21 season &#8211; a decent showing, but nothing near the 210 FPL points he scored in the 19/20 season. That massive tally was comprised of four goals and an unfeasibly high 15 assists.
Though Robertson scored one extra point than Alexander-Arnold last season, he needed an extra 355 minutes to do so.
The fact that Alexander-Arnold had, by his own standards, an &#8220;off-season&#8221; across 20/21 should tell you everything you need to do know about his 21/22 potential.
I can think of far worse ways to spend £15.5m than a double-up but, for those backing one or the other, I think the extra £0.5m is worth spending on Trent.

<h2>The Best Liverpool FPL Players | Mohamed Salah (£12.5m)</h2>
I thought I should finish this article on a differential, and who better than the little-known Mohamed Salah.
But seriously, there&#8217;s a reason why Salah&#8217;s popularity amongst FPL managers has endured for so long. The Egyptian has scored over 230 points in all of his last four seasons, and though his trajectory is fading, he remains one of the Premier League&#8217;s best attackers.
The thing is, he&#8217;s good value too. Despite his price, he actually tops <a href="http://twitter.com/fplmatthew">FPLMatthew&#8217;</a>s <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/the-best-value-players-in-fpl/">FPLvalue index</a>. In other words, Salah has all of the most important metrics working in his favour.
A quick look at our <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/opta/">OPTA FPL tool</a> reinforces all of these points. Salah is top for shots in the box, top for xG, top for expected FPL points, and second-top for big chances and shots.
The potency of Liverpool&#8217;s attack doesn&#8217;t need to be extrapolated by me. We all know how lethal they can be and, when reinforced by a sturdier defence, should be free to be at their rampant best next season.
