<h2>FPL Gameweek 19: The fixtures</h2>
<p>FPL Gameweek 18 ends today (Friday, December 27) but it's just two days until the next fantasy deadline on Sunday.</p>
<p>Four teams have green-rated fixtures according to the Hub's <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fixture-ticker">ticker</a>, with Crystal Palace top for Southampton's visit to Selhurst Park.</p>
<p>Southampton have however looked slightly more solid since Russell Martin departed. They have conceded just one goal in two league games, although their 2.5 expected goals conceded (xGC) suggests they have marginally over-performed.</p>
<p>This does however look like a good week to invest in Palace players, with the longer-term fixtures looking strong.</p>
<p>Spurs, Everton and Manchester United are the other three teams to rate highly on the ticker.</p>
<p>But like Palace, Spurs may face a tougher team than they might have a few weeks ago. Wolves have won two in a row under Vitor Pereira.</p>

<h3>Longer-term fixtures</h3>
<p>Fulham's favourable fixture run continues with a ticker-topping set of matches up to Gameweek 23.</p>
<p>Palace are just behind in second, with both teams having three home matches in the next five.</p>
<p>Big teams dominate the top of the ticker, with Aston Villa, Spurs, Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea among the top 10.</p>
<p>There should be plenty of points-scoring opportunities for fantasy managers therefore, with most likely to have strong coverage from those with the best runs.</p>
<p>At the bottom of the ticker are West Ham, Wolves and Bournemouth, while Arsenal rank 16th. The Gunners face Spurs, Villa and City in this period.</p>

<h2>FPL Gameweek 19 best players: Predicted points</h2>
<p>It's a tighter week for captaincy, with 0.6 <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">predicted points</a> separating the top three.</p>
<p><strong>Cole Palmer </strong>occupies the top spot as things stand, 0.1 ahead of <strong>Mohamed Salah</strong>. Palmer travels to Ipswich, while Salah faces West Ham away.</p>
<p><strong>Erling Haaland </strong>has Leicester away - another good match-up for the Norwegian - but with his 32.6% ownership much lower than the other two, it's likely to be a case of Palmer v Salah for the armband among the masses.</p>

<h3>Longer-term predicted points</h3>
<p>Salah takes the lead over the next five gameweeks, edging ahead of Palmer and stretching a few points clear of Haaland.</p>
<p>There is still no word on<strong> Matheus Cunha's </strong>potential ban so for now, the game's top-scoring forward remains one of the best picks in his position.</p>
<p>The Wolves man ranks sixth best on Hub AI's list, with Haaland and <strong>Alexander Isak </strong>the only forwards projected to do better in this time.</p>
<p><strong>Ismaila Sarr </strong>and <strong>Jean-Philippe Mateta </strong>make the top 10 as a result of Palace's fixtures - a list equally split between midfielders and forwards.</p>
