<h2 style="text-align: left;"><strong>Best FPL players for Double Gameweek 28</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Bukayo Saka (£9.2m) – Arsenal </strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixture: Brentford (H)</strong></p>
<p>Bukayo Saka now has 13 goals and 10 assists, is the highest scoring midfielder in the game, and has been one of the best FPL assets.</p>
<p>He has registered an xG of 11.4 and an xA of 8.7.</p>
<p>Arsenal again have a plum home fixture, this time against Brentford.</p>
<p>The Bees have conceded the fourth-most goals (50) with an xGC of 41.1 (tenth). They do give up a lot of chances and there is no doubt the Gunners will create plenty.</p>
<p>They have scored 68 goals (first) with an xG of 56.12 (second) and 31 goals (first) in the last seven games. They are also at 52% (second) to score 2.5+ goals in Double Gameweek 28 despite only having one fixture.</p>
<p>Saka is nailed to start, on penalties and has both goal and assist threat. He is Arsenal’s top scorer, and will likely finish on the most goals for them come the end of the season too.</p>
<p>The England international has eight goals and two assists in his last eight league games.</p>
<p>The 22-year-old is at 44% to score at anytime and our <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI Tool</a> ranks him as the second highest predicted scorer (6.8 points) from the single gameweek players.</p>

<h3><strong>Dominic Solanke (£7.1m) – Bournemouth</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixtures: Sheffield United (H) and Luton (H)</strong></p>
<p>Dominic Solanke has scored 14 goals and created three assists in a very impressive campaign. He has registered an xG of 14.38, so his goalscoring stats have been great too.</p>
<p>Bournemouth have one of the best double gameweeks you could ask for. They play home games against Sheffield United and Luton, who are statistically the two worst defences in the league.</p>
<p>They are in the bottom three for goals conceded and the bottom two for xGC.</p>
<p>Andoni Iraola's side will be big favourites for these games, and they are 45% and 40% to score 2.5+ goals in the respective fixtures.</p>
<p>Solanke is nailed to start, on penalties, and the talisman for the Cherries. He won't get many better opportunities to add to his goal tally, and will be a popular Triple Captain option for those still left with the chip and rightly so.</p>
<p>He is also at 78% to score at anytime over the two games in Double Gameweek 28, and unsurprisingly the clear top predicted scorer (10.8 points) according to our <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI Tool.</a></p>

<h3><strong>Marcus Tavernier (£5.4m) – Bournemouth</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixtures: Sheffield United (H) and Luton (H)</strong></p>
<p>Marcus Tavernier has two goals and four assists this season, with an xG of 3.5 and an xA of 3.3. His output and stats haven’t been great, but for his price is a fine option.</p>
<p>Also, the fixtures this week most definitely merit his inclusion, as he is naturally much more likely to get attacking returns in plum fixtures.</p>
<p>From the attack, he is the next best option after Solanke if we look at chances of returns and expected minutes.</p>
<p>With four days between the United and Luton games, and an international break after Gameweek 29, I do think he has a very good chance of starting both games.</p>
<p>Tavernier also has the best xGI (6.84) after Solanke, so if there was any time to own him this season, it’s for this double gameweek.</p>
<p>He is also at a healthy 45% to score anytime over the two fixtures, and third highest predicted scoring player (8.2 points) in Double Gameweek 28 according to our <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI Tool.</a></p>

<p><strong>Fixtures: Crystal Palace (A) and Bournemouth (A)</strong></p>
<p>Carlton Morris has had a decent season scoring eight goals and six assists for Luton. He has registered an xG of 7.8 and an xA of 1.2, which shows his performances have been good too.</p>
<p>Luton also have a double this week against Crystal Palace (A) and Bournemouth (A). Both teams are in the bottom six for goals conceded and Luton will be underdogs going into both games.</p>
<p>However, they are certainly winnable fixtures for them and the Hatters should score a few at least over the two.</p>
<p>Both opponents give up chances, and with it being a double Morris is a great pick.</p>
<p>Morris is nailed to start, and he should play 90 minutes in both games especially with <strong>Elijah Adebayo (£4.9m)</strong> out injured.</p>
<p>He is also on penalties, and in the games he has played, has a 38% Goal Involvement which is the highest among his teammates.</p>
<p>The 28-year-old scored 20 goals and six assists last season in the Championship. He has both goal and assist threat, and also the advantage of a game in Blank Gameweek 29.</p>
<p>The Luton forward is at 48% to score at any time over the two fixtures, and is also the fourth highest predicted scoring player (8.0 points) according to our <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">Hub AI Tool.</a></p>

<h3><strong>Norberto Neto (£4.6m) – Bournemouth </strong></h3>
<p><strong>Fixtures: Sheffield United (H) and Luton (H)</strong></p>
<p>Neto is the best defensive option to own in Double Gameweek 28. Being a goalkeeper he will play 180 minutes, and he is also the fifth highest scoring keeper in the game despite missing two games.</p>
<p>Bournemouth have kept six clean sheets (fifth-most) this season, and similarly to the attack won't get many better fixtures to keep clean sheets in.</p>
<p>Sheffield United have scored the least goals (22) in the league and also have the worst xG (24.34) so they literally won't get a better chance to keep a clean sheet all season.</p>
<p>Luton have scored 37 goals (fourteenth) with an xG of 33.46 (seventeenth).</p>
<p>Bournemouth are rated at 40% and 31% to keep a clean sheet respectively in Double Gameweek 28, which means they have a 59% chance of keeping at least one clean sheet (first).</p>
<p>Keepers are great in general for double gameweeks, as their scores can add up with saves, potential penalty saves and bonus points.</p>
<p>Neto is also in the top seven for saves made this season, and is averaging 3.7 saves per game over the season which is fantastic. He can rack up points even without keeping a clean sheet.</p>
