<h2>Bakar's Gameweek 1 best Haaland + Salah draft</h2>
<p>Here are my selections:</p>
<h3><strong>Andre Onana (£5.0m)</strong></h3>
<p>Onana coming in at £5.0m means you have a nailed starter in the United defence at a cut price, with <strong>Luke Shaw </strong>priced £0.5 more expensive.</p>
<p>The Hub analysed Onana in detail <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/andre-onana-fpl-fantasy-prospects">here</a>.</p>
<p>His distribution is undoubtedly an upgrade on David de Gea and combined with a strong save percentage record, the new Red Devils' number one has the potential to be a bit of a bonus magnet.</p>
<p>United kept the most clean sheets of any team last season - and if they are anywhere close to matching this again in 2023/24, Onana will be well worth the extra investment on the £4.5m goalkeepers.</p>
<h3><strong>Matt Turner (£4.0m)</strong></h3>
<p>Now that Turner has signed for Nottingham Forest, he’s my £4.0m pick as I don’t see any of the other goalkeepers at that price starting the season.</p>
<p>Turner rotates well with Onana as well. For example, Forest have Sheffield United in Gameweek 2 when United play Arsenal.</p>
<p><strong>Dean Henderson (£4.5m)</strong> is being linked with Forest but it is very likely that any possible transfer happens after Gameweek 2, which is after Forest have played Sheffield United at home.</p>
<h3><strong>Gabriel (£5.0m)</strong></h3>
<p>With <strong>William Saliba (£5.0m) </strong>back from injury, Arsenal should be a more solid defensive unit than they were when he was out injured at the end of last season.</p>
<p>The Gunners kept 14 clean sheets in 2022/23, however it's about more than just shut-outs with Gabriel.</p>
<p>He is one of the best attacking defenders, with the second-best expected goals (xG) among defenders last season.</p>
<p>In my opinion, he is underpriced.</p>
