<h2>Who has the best fixtures from FPL Gameweek 8?</h2>
<p>Brentford have topped the Hub's <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fixture-ticker">fixture ticker</a> for the last couple of weeks but it's their Gameweek 8 opponents Manchester United who now rank best over the next five.</p>
<p>Three home games - and favourable away fixtures against West Ham and Ipswich - bode well for Erik ten Hag's side, who could do with scoring a few goals.</p>
<p>The Red Devils have <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/fpl-team-stats-analysed-gameweek-1-7">found the net just five times in seven matches</a>, the joint-second least in the league, behind relegation candidates Southampton.</p>
<p>Brentford meanwhile still have the sixth best run, however it's three away trips in five for the Bees.</p>
<p>Manchester City sit above them in fifth. Next opponents Wolves have conceded the most goals (21) and it's then Southampton at home, a game that could see <strong>Erling Haaland </strong>become a popular Triple Captain choice.</p>
<p>Chelsea sit bottom of the ticker, something for keen <strong>Cole Palmer </strong>buyers to consider. Brighton and Arsenal complete the bottom three.</p>

<h2>Best FPL Wildcard team for Gameweek 8: Predicted points</h2>
<p>Haaland tops the Hub's <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/predictions">predicted points</a> chart up to Gameweek 12, with a narrow lead over <strong>Mohamed Salah</strong>.</p>
<p>Palmer and <strong>Bukayo Saka </strong>are a few points further back, with a similar gap to the next group of players.</p>
<p><strong>Phil Foden </strong>makes an appearance in the top six following his first start of the season in Gameweek 7. That is based on him retaining his place in City's starting 11, which is not guaranteed.</p>
<p>Outside the top 10, <strong>Josko Gvardiol </strong>sneaks into 20th as the best-rated defender in the game. City's fixtures help to elevate him above the likes of Arsenal's <strong>Gabriel</strong>.</p>
