            <p>Promoted teams Burnley, Sheffield United and Luton could provide plenty of value for Sky Sports Fantasy Football, Telegraph Fantasy Football and Sun Dream Team managers in 2023/24 - but who are their best picks for bonus points?</p>
<p>In this article, we take a look at each team's numbers in the Championship and highlight their best performers in the key categories.</p>
<p>In the case of Burnley and Sheffield United, we also look at what we can learn from their FA Cup ties with Premier League opposition last season.</p>
<p>From passing and tackles to shots and saves, savvy <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/sky-fantasy-football-tips">Sky</a>, <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/telegraph-fantasy-football-tips-the-ultimate-guide">TFF</a> and <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/category/sun-dream-team">Dream Team</a> managers can get an edge over the competition by picking players with the potential to earn bonus points.</p>

<h2>Sky, TFF and Dream Team: What are the rules on bonus points?</h2>
<p>Sky Sports Fantasy Football awards bonus points for passing, tackles, shots and saves.</p>
<p>Players are awarded two or three extra points for 60/70 passes, four/five tackles, two/three shots on target and three/five saves.</p>
<p>In Sky, centre-backs and defensive midfielders are the ones who tend to pick up passing bonus most often. Tackles tend to come mostly from full-backs and defensive midfielders.</p>
<p>Tackles are also a factor in Telegraph Fantasy Football for midfielders, who are awarded a point for every two tackles. Goalkeepers get one extra point for every save made.</p>
<p>And in Dream Team, the game has had a complete overhaul for 2023/24. There is a complex new bonus system, however there is additionally extra points for shots on target (one), saves (one point every two) and tackles (one point per two tackles).</p>

<p>Starting in goal, <strong>Arijanet Muric</strong> had the highest average saves per game of the three promoted teams.</p>
<p>Burnley led the way for goals conceded in the Championship and a combination of clean sheets and save points is a perfect mixture for a goalkeeper.</p>
<p>Managers should however be wary of the fact Burnley have reportedly attempted to buy a goalkeeper in the transfer window, which could leave Muric's place in doubt.</p>
<p>Burnley's style of play could be a great omen for Sky managers in particular.</p>
<p>Their centre-backs, with <strong>Jordan Beyer</strong> in particular key to their ball progression, could be excellent routes to passing bonus.</p>

<p>Beyer's defensive partner <strong>Taylor Harwood-Bellis </strong>was on loan from Manchester City last season. He topped the table for passing average but has not returned to Turf Moor at the time of writing.</p>
<p><strong>Josh Cullen</strong> could offer value in midfield. He has similar passing numbers to the centre-backs and will come without the risk of minus points - like the defenders - if Burnley concede several goals in a game.</p>
<p>Midfielder <strong>Josh Brownhill</strong> topped the chart for average tackles, despite operating further up the pitch.</p>
<p>He could be an option in all three formats, with the addition of attacking threat from both open play and taking of set-pieces.</p>
<h3>Top-level experience under Kompany</h3>
<p>A drop-off from the 61% possession Burnley had last season may be expected as the Clarets step up to the Premier League.</p>
<p>But we already have some experience of Kompany's side up against top-level opposition.</p>
<p>Burnley faced Bournemouth and City under Kompany in last season's FA Cup.</p>
<p>Encouragingly, their average passing stats were strong in both. Beyer managed 58 successful passes against City - two short of tier-one bonus.</p>
<p>Beyer completed 67 passes against Bournemouth, while <strong>Charlie Taylor </strong>recorded 64 from left-back.</p>
<p>The City game in particular was a strong sign for their potential to keep up bonus-worthy passing numbers.</p>
