It's Aston Villa dominating the FPL Gameweek 17 Form vs Fixture charts, as struggling Arsenal are hit with challenging fixtures.
The fixture chart uses the site fixture ticker, focusing on attack for the next four Gameweeks. The form charts also have attack in mind, studying the number of goals scored per game, while reflecting the format of the site ticker.
Aston Villa have a big lead at the top of the fixture chart, with Crystal Palace following closely behind. Wilf Zaha still looks to be the best acquisition from this Eagles attack, with two goals in four games, although the midweek bandwagon has failed to deliver since. Luka Milivojevic could come back into our thoughts, if Zaha can start winning some penalties: he has had six shots and three chances created in the last four.
Chelsea assets have been faltering of late, but the fixtures may just be good enough to tempt you into holding them for a bit longer. Christian Pulisic looks like the choice midfielder, despite blanking in his last four: he has 12 shots and five big chances over the course of his last four games. If Tammy Abraham can keep managing that bruised hip, then he is the best route into the Chelsea attack - he's managed two goals and one assist from his last four starts.
Spurs top the form chart, with some revitalised performances under Jose Mourinho. They've scored 12 goals in their last four games, and show no sign of slowing down. Harry Kane, Son Heung-Min and Dele Alli are all vying for our attentions. I still prefer Alli, who has three goals and three assist under Mourinho, given his price point but it could be time for the double up.
Leicester are in the same conversation: they have 10 goals in their last four games. Jamie Vardy is essential and it now looks like a double up in attack could be more favourable than a double up in defence. James Maddison has one goal and two assists in his last four games, plus he's created 13 chances over the same spell. Keep an eye on youngster Harvey Barnes too.
