<p><strong>West Ham </strong>and <strong>Manchester United </strong>lead the fixture charts, with <strong>Chelsea</strong> and <strong>Watford</strong> not far behind. <p><b>Manchester City</b> dominate here but <strong>Newcastle</strong> aren't far behind. Newcastle have restarted in fine form, having scored a huge eight goals in their opening four games. Allan <strong>Saint-Maximin</strong> has been involved in half of those goals and is generating some momentum for transfers in now. He's a budget option priced at around £5.5 million right now.</p>
<p><strong>Manchester United</strong> and <strong>Arsenal</strong> make up the top spots.. Arsenal are largely helped by the four goals scored against Norwich and now have seven for the restart. <strong>Aubameyang</strong> remains the one to go for: he got two goals and one assist in that game.</p>
