<h2>What are the rules on yellow cards?</h2>
<p>Players who receive five yellow cards in their sides&#8217; first 19 games serve a one-match ban.</p>
<p>The threshold then rises to 10 yellows over the first 32 games which is met with a two-match ban, followed by a final three-match ban for 15 yellows in 38 games.</p>
<p>A suspension for picking up too many bookings must be served in the Premier League &#8211; not the FA Cup or Carabao Cup.</p>

<h2>Who&#8217;s closing in on a two-match ban in FPL?</h2>
<p>With the 19-game mark now passed for all teams, players need to accumulate 10 yellow cards to be handed a suspension &#8211; although the punishment has increased to a two-match ban.</p>

<h2>Who&#8217;s currently suspended for receiving a red card?</h2>
<p><strong>Matheus Cunha</strong> is serving a ban after his FA Cup sending off, which could see him ruled out until Gameweek 31, or even beyond if the ban is extended.</p>
<p><strong>Anthony Gordon </strong>was also sent off in Newcastle&#8217;s cup match, with the winger missing the Carabao Cup final and returning in Gameweek 31.</p>
