Wolves finished 13th in the Premier League last season, despite scoring the fewest goals of any team &#8211; here we take a look at their FPL and wider fantasy football prospects for the coming season.

Pedro Neto and the now departed Ruben Neves shared the top scorer award for Wolves last season, with six goals apiece.
Hwang hee-Chan picked up the most assists amongst Wolves players, with just two, although the South Korean also managed four goals &#8211; Hwang has been linked with a move away from Molineux this Summer, however.

Centre-back Toti Gomes impressed at the back end of 2022/23, but overall, Wolves&#8217; defensive solidity was lacking towards the tail end of the season.
The form of usually reliable goalkeeper Jose Sa dropped off, and with the likes of Nathan Collins, Conor Coady, and potentially Max Kilman departing, things could get even worse in defence for Wolves.

The <a href="https://cms.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/opta/" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c="1" title="FPL Stats by OPTA - Player and Team Stats">stats</a> don&#8217;t make pleasant reading for Wolves fans, as their side scored the fewest goals of any team in the Premier League last season, with just 31 goals in 38 games.
Wolves also created the least big chances of any team, so manager Julen Lopetegui will certainly be looking to shake things up in attack this time around
Defensively however, things were more positive, with 11 clean sheets ranking Wolves in 9th place for this statistic.
They were still 14th for goals conceded however, with 58, so there is room for improvement at both ends of the pitch.

Jose Sa takes his place between the goalposts, although he has recently attracted transfer interest from Nottingham Forest.
If Sa were to leave, backup goalkeeper Daniel Bentley would be likely to take his place. Bentley is priced at £4.0m in FPL.
Hugo Bueno will compete with Rayan Ait-Nouri for the left-back spot, with Jonny Otto and Nelson Semedo battling it out with the returning Matt Doherty on the opposite flank.
Max Kilman or Toti Gomes is likely to partner Craig Dawson at centre-back, with fellow centre-backs Nathan Collins and Conor Coady out the exit door.
Mario Lemina is a key man in the deeper areas of midfield, and Portugal youngster Joao Gomes also impressed last season, playing a similar role.
Matheus Nunes is a versatile and talented midfielder who can also play wide, as can Pedro Neto, who is likely to take a starting place on the left wing, with Pablo Sarabia on the other side.
With Raul Jimenez on his way to Fulham, there&#8217;s a vacancy up front, with Matheus Cunha capable of playing there, although he is arguably more suited to playing a supporting role.
The striker slot could also be filled by 6 ft 7 ins Sasa Kalajdzic, who we <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/sasa-kalajdzic-fpl-sky-tff-and-dream-team-prospects">took a look at</a> when he arrived at Wolves last year, before an injury ruled him out for the season.

<h2>Wolves stats for Sky, TFF and other formats</h2>
Sky Sports Fantasy Football awards bonus points for passing, tackles, shots and saves. Players are awarded two or three extra points for 60/70 passes, four/five tackles, two/three shots on target and three/five saves.
In Sky, centre-backs and defensive midfielders are the ones who tend to pick up passing bonus most often. Tackles tend to come from full-backs and defensive midfielders.
Tackles are also a factor in Telegraph Fantasy Football for midfielders, who are awarded a point for every two tackles. Goalkeepers get one extra point for every save made.
And in Dream Team, the 2023/24 game has had a complete revamp. There&#8217;s no longer Star Man and WhoScored ratings, while a new bonus system is in play &#8211; see our guide <a href="https://www.fantasyfootballhub.co.uk/how-to-play-dream-team-fantasy-football-2">here</a> for full details.

Sa was the top bonus scorer in Sky, with 51 bonus points from saves made. His total put him just outside the top 10.
The now-departed Neves was the next-best bonus scorer, with 41 points from a combination of sources.
From there, there was a significant drop-off and absence of regular bonus scorers.
